Um

The last couple of days have not been the greatest, foodwise. I've been feeling not really like myself and had the kind of stomach ache where you think eating a lot might help, but really it just makes you feel bloated. But anyways, I didn't record what I ate. I guess I'll just put it down to carbo-loading? I really need to make sure to eat healthy in the next 48 hours though so I have good energy going through my body for the race. I decided not to drink coffee today or tomorrow, so I can get the caffeine out of my system and then maybe hopefully it'll be more effective before the race. I need to plan more of my trip to portugal, write a packing list and start packing, and finish cleaning my room. I feel like I have so much free time now that I'm tapering! (not really though...)
