Back on Track

I was really bad about eating the few days before the half marathon, but luckily I felt ok the day of. Anyways, I did it! And I was happy with my time.
The next day I flew to Portugal and had the time of my life! I met awesome people, saw awesome things, and ate like a normal person. I didn't lose that much weight, well maybe from a week ago but not 2, but I felt really good the whole time. It was a completely stress free week. Just what I needed. If I had had more than 5€ the day I left I might just have stayed...

Anyways, I feel great feeling great and I want to keep it that way! I think the main thing I need to watch out for is afternoon snacking. And desserts. It's easy to get carried away! It's finally turning from sprig to summer here and I'm so excited. Never have I wanted summer more. The sun in Portugal did me good and I felt like myself again! Let's hope the next 2 1/2 months are fantastic!
